Development plans for the financier's secluded Caribbean island among the photographs.
Additionally featured in this recent image release seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had created development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a pool.
Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in notations in red and contains a key detailing different parts of the land.
Alongside this are what look to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for boat shelters.
Additional materials made public as part of the ongoing oversight release.
